The shoulder heating pad was wonderful. You slip it on.
Turn on the temp that's comfortable and it stays in place as you get on with your day! If you need massage it does that too! Great product!

It has relaxed the muscles in the joint . Don't wear it while driving or using power tools The vibration and heat does put you to sleep at least it did it for me.

I got this product because I type regularly for my job and usually experience pain that travels up my shoulder. This wrap has helped a lot as it vibrates and relieves the pain. It comes with a control attached to the strap which has vibration settings and gives you a choice of adding heat to it. The heat setting and vibration combined is a great pain relieving combo. It is easy to use and comes with strap extensions which is truly a great idea. I not only use this product for my shoulder. I had lower back ache from sitting for my job too long and was able to cleverly wrap the strap around my tummy while I enjoyed the well needed vibration serve as a massage to my back. Truly a great product.

I'm probably using the wrong device for my shoulder pain, but this heated shoulder wrap feels so much better than a cold pack does.
I've been using this heated wrap everyday for the past two weeks or so, and I look forward to the end of my work day when I can just sit back and let the heat soak in.
I like how this wrap puts the heat directly on my shoulder where the heat is needed, and stays in place. My old heating pad isn't getting much use anymore.
